My name is Colin Van Ert.

Over the past ten years I’ve immersed myself in the worlds of movement, strength, nutrition, and health. My love for movement and exploring different disciplines has led me to study everything from yoga to powerlifting to parkour.

I’m on a mission to tap into the unmet potential of the human body. I seek knowledge from the world’s greatest teachers and keep up with the latest science in human health and performance. Most importantly, I commit myself to a dedicated practice and speak from experience.

I work one-on-one with entrepreneurs, business leaders, and high performers in Austin, TX and I run regular online coaching groups for individuals looking to actualize their healthy lifestyles.

I am the host the Moving Thought Podcast, which is an interview style podcast where coaches and wellness professionals share their secrets of health and strength. And I also run my own weekly blog where I share my insights on how to get stronger and optimize your lifestyle.

This is my work and this is my passion. I show people a path towards better health and greater strength. It has been a rewarding experience and I am grateful to be on this journey.
