#3 - Adam Von Rothfelder - Evolution, the State of Fitness, and Earning the Day.
Today I welcome to the podcast someone who had a large influence on me in my early fitness career. As I was beginning in the world's of fitness and movement in my hometown of Milwaukee, one man was already well established in both of those worlds and building a reputation for himself not only as being one of the best trainers in Milwaukee, but one of the best trainers in the country. His name was Adam Von Rothfelder (@vonrothfelder). Adam taught me a lot about movement and training so I am happy to have him on the podcast to share some of his insight with all of you.
Since I first met Adam, his life and career has changed in many ways and he's seen a lot of success. From opening multiple gyms (including his latest, CoMo) in the Milwaukee area, to having two lovely daughters with his wife Araceli, to being selected to go on the reality TV show, NBC's Strong with Gabby Reece, where he was recognized as one of the top trainers in the country, he has earned his place in the world of fitness. Adam draws his knowledge from a lot of experience as a former professional MMA fighter and has a storied past since his days as a young mover. He has a lot to share so sit back and enjoy!
